and support programs: The EmploymentClinic offers highly

A series of start-up counseling, coaching, and guidance sessions conducted through individualized telephone conferences, or
for those who have access, performed in one-on-one meetings in our Minneapolis, Minnesota offices. These sessions will

The construction and printing of your professional resume to create a succinct, cogent, and motivating presentation of your
background and strengths C. You will be provided with our published
workbook and guide entitled "Tomorrow Is Today," containing important supplementary written materials to aid you
in your job search. Included in its pages are examples of marketing letters for use in interview follow-up, networking,
and search firm contacts. It also contains vital information on self-evaluation, interviewing, negotiating, networking,
telephone usage, responding to advertisements, the unpublished job market, and a variety of other support and career development
tools. D. Once you have completed the initial counseling sessions,
we will be available to provide continuing telephone and email coaching and guidance throughout the duration of your program.
Our two-year program provides all the tools and support necessary to help you achieve your career objectives as well as the
support to ensure that you are successful in your new position. Fees
are quoted on an individual basis and will vary based on our assessment of your marketability and the length of time we believe

2. Hourly and project consulting options:
Hourly consulting help is available for the individual, who is not conducting
a job search, but who has special needs and faces specific business or career growth related problems.
We partner with our clients serving as coach, advocate, mentor, and advisor. Our advice is individually tailored to provide
objective solutions in the due diligence, strategy, and decision making process in dealing with any of the
areas listed below.

personal communication skills in the work environment · Dealing with internal advancement opportunities and
career development tactics · Resolving on-the-job personality conflicts or interpersonal relationship issues · Evaluating and negotiating job offers, benefit packages, equity positions, or business relationships · On-the-job
performance and salary review strategy · Assisting in entrepreneurial due diligence and start-up business
planning · Advice in starting or growing a consulting practice or home-based business · Telephone
contact training · Targeted telephone marketing as a tool to initiate meetings and conduct follow-up discussions. · Providing mediation services facilitating resolution to business, partnership, or management disputes · Dealing

All hourly consulting fees are paid as advance retainers. The following charges will apply: - $250.00 per hour for
either in-person or telephone consulting time - (comprehensive advice and strategy sessions). Initial retainers are
for $750.00 (3 hours of consulting time.) After the initial retainer time may be purchased in 2-hour increments
- $35.00 for a detailed email response to any one question
regarding your career or $100.00 for 3 questions and detailed responses by email
- Discounted rates are applicable for projects exceeding 20 hours
All consulting
projects will be described in our Consulting Agreement and require the
signature of both the Client and a member of LDA Enterprises staff. 3. Corporate Outplacement
programs: We offer
both individual and seminar Outplacement programs that can be tailored
to the specific needs of any organization. Our marketing methods are unique, highly proactive, and can provide you a
much more cost-efficient alternative to the higher priced national Outplacement firms. As opposed to major Outplacement firms that provide only several hours of counseling time with limited
ongoing support, we concentrate our efforts on spending all the time necessary to assist the individual in achieving
new employment. Over 50% of our clients are employed, creating a healthier environment for the job seeker. We provide four Outplacement options to the corporate community.
Following is a brief overview of these options. More detailed program brochures are available on request. - A 3-month or 6-month career management/counseling
program designed to provide a comprehensive start-up process with
continuing counseling and structural support. This is a very cost effective method of offering a support and
transition vehicle for the individual(s) being separated. Contact us

- A
highly supportive marketing/counseling program with an option of either one or two years of continuing support. The one-year support program is offered for long term employees
and upper level management that may require additional time and ongoing guidance. A variation of this program intended
for senior executives extends the support for up to two years to deal with the contingencies and more lengthy process often

- A three-month spousal transplacement support program provided for the spouse of a transferred employee. This program is designed
to provide the client with basic search tools and a limited amount of ongoing structural and emotional support.

- We offer both one and two-day seminar formats with an option for ongoing support. Pricing is based upon the selection of program options.
Price quotes include the cost of all support materials. Travel expenses (if necessary), and the cost of lodging and
meals are billed as additional expenses. The cost of the seminar facility would be at the company’s expense.
Pricing might vary based upon the number of participants, and we can adapt a program to deal with specific needs or

4. A marketing program for New College Graduates: This program is specifically designed to assist
the new college or trade school graduate in launching their professional career. It focuses on all the basic components
of implementing a successful job search campaign. The initial process begins with two ½-day start-up counseling
sessions in our Minneapolis offices followed by up to two (2) months of ongoing telephone coaching, guidance, and mentoring
support. A special brochure outlining this program is available on request. - The
full one-time cost of the College Graduate Program is $2,450.00.

For those
companies that are restructuring or eliminating jobs and wish to provide a cost-effective vehicle to assist their terminated
employees in finding new employment, or for those professionals conducting their own job search that cannot afford a professional
